President & Founder
Dafyd Haase

Indigenous Community Safety & Enforcement Specialist

Dafyd Haase brings more than 35 years of experience in enforcement, public safety, and community protection, with a career grounded in professionalism, adaptability, and respect for the communities he serves. He is widely recognized for developing systems that uphold high operational standards while remaining culturally informed and responsive to the unique needs of Indigenous Nations.

As the principal architect of the Cheam First Nation Community Safety and Enforcement Program, Mr. Dafyd Haase established a forward-thinking framework that enables Nations to effectively manage and protect their lands and communities. His work demonstrates that modern enforcement models can succeed when built on a foundation of self-governance, accountability, and traditional values.

In addition to his enforcement expertise, Mr. Dafyd Haase is a professional martial arts and self-defence instructor with decades of training and teaching experience. He has been engaged by United States state police agencies to deliver specialized self-defence training to officers operating in high-risk and violence-prone environments, further reinforcing his depth of knowledge in officer safety and use-of-force principles.

Through P.E.A.C.E. (Public Enforcement & Community Engagement) Services, Mr. Dafyd Haase supports Indigenous Nations across British Columbia and Canada. He provides strategic guidance in the development of enforcement protocols, community safety initiatives, and Watchmen programs—equipping communities with the tools, training, and structure needed to confidently exercise their inherent jurisdiction in a safe, professional, and effective manner.
